Spa Training & Development Manager required for prestigious spa. Duties will include ensuring all Therapists are fully trained in treatments offered by the spa and all treatments are carried out to a high standard. A need to keep the spa treatments tariff up to date with industry trends and popularity is vital.

Objectives:

To ensure the spa are leaders in treatment development. To ensure the highest standards of therapy are carried out and that all therapists understand the spas philosophy. There will be a need to put in place a training calendar for the financial year and provide all therapists with training regularly throughout the year.

Main Responsibilities:

A major involvement in the spas training procedures, this will include annual training and ensuring induction plans are completed and implemented. Liasing with the Spa Operations Manager & Spa Analyst to ensure training is arranged in line with spa availability and monthly training budgets and that any other training carried out is consistent and at the required standards of the business.

You will be required to review existing treatments and maintain and update the current tariff ensuring that the spa is a leader in the market place. To help with this there will be a need to develop new treatments and experience competitor's treatments to assist in this process.

On the administration side you would need to maintain accurate training records for all spa therapists, up-date and maintain the spa training manual on a six monthly basis and submit a monthly training report to the Spa Operations Manager.
